Under Spanish Data Protection Law (Ley 3/2018, de 5 de Diciembre) and the corresponding UE regulations, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information. The corresponding regulator is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). Which lawful basis we rely on may affect your data protection rights which are set out in brief below. Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object (which is implicit to your engaging with us).
Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:

We get all information we process directly from you, as supplied during the registration process, and with your explicit consent --- as required by GDPR.
Unless you request us to delete the data related to your interactions with us, we will keep the information you supply:
•For no longer than 15 months after the corresponding event has ended
•While you keep using the related GF Connect services, subject to the following schedule:
◦Retention for 18 months after your last interaction
◦Partially anonymized retention for 36 months after the initial period
◦For a total term of no more than 54 months after your last interaction
Upon request for deletion, we will have to keep the legally required information, adequately blocked, for the then mandatory period (currently 60 months).

This data processor operates the Registration platform and related services, and the GFConnect system
We have a joint controller relationship with W-A-T. We process your personal information with that joint controller for Organizational reasons.
Suppliers and service providers, on a stricly needed basis (for example, to comply with mandated information collection and processing by lodgement providers).
